Your account

• You're responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your credentials secure.
• You must be old enough to consent to a service like this in your jurisdiction.
• Provide accurate information when signing up.

Community conduct

Lit Lounge exists for thoughtful discussion of books. Don't post content that is illegal, harassing, hateful, sexually explicit, or that infringes anyone's rights. Don't spam, scrape the service, or attempt to interfere with how it runs. Club admins may moderate or remove members of their clubs at their discretion.

Your content

You keep ownership of what you post. By posting, you grant us a limited license to display it within the service so other members can read it. You can delete your posts at any time.

Book metadata

Book covers, descriptions, and other bibliographic data shown in the service come from third-party sources (such as Google Books) and remain the property of their respective owners.

Termination

You can stop using the service or delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

As-is

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee uninterrupted availability and aren't liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of it.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
