Delete your account

Delete it yourself, in the app

1. Sign in to Lit Lounge.
2. Open Account.
3. Scroll to Danger Zone.
4. Choose Delete account and confirm.

Deletion is immediate and permanent. No email, phone call, or support ticket is required.

What gets deleted

• Your account and sign-in credentials.
• Your profile: display name, avatar, bio, and favorite genres.
• Your club memberships, RSVPs, poll votes, and reading progress.
• Your discussion posts and threads.
• Your reading lists and their items.
• Your notifications, push subscriptions, and device tokens.

What may remain

Clubs you created stay available to their remaining members, with your name removed. Aggregated, non-identifying counts (for example, how many people are reading a book) are retained. Backup copies and moderation or abuse records are retained for up to 30 days, then permanently erased.

If you no longer have the app

Email support@litlounge.app from the address on your account with the subject "Delete my Lit Lounge account". We verify ownership of the email address and complete the deletion within 30 days. There is no form to fill out and no charge.
